Methods for Quality Checks and Continual Assignment

Site visits – these are weekly visits by the Operations Team. Documents are sent to clients as evidence of visits conducted.

Service Quality Checks – randomly conducted to ensure equipment and system are functioning.

Site Audits – conducted within a month when contract is awarded. This is to ensure operational readiness, security and safety of the site.

Weekly/Monthly Meetings with the clients – to ensure the status of the services provided.
